• The PUPP is a fully self-contained 1200 sq.ft. mobile production facility/spray booth configured for BattleJacket® application(s). All the PUPP needs is access to JP-8 fuel.
• The PUPP is designed to be rapidly self-transported, erected, dismantled, and moved again as necessary.
• The PUPP provides a platform for remote (CONUS) BattleJacket® application and maintenance / armoring operations.
• The fully lighted, interior work space has compressed air (10 HP screw type) drops and 110 / 220 volt power available. Interior heat is maintained by 2 quantity – 2350 cfm diesel fired heaters. Additional heat supplied by 3 quantity – 6 kW IR heaters. Air-conditioning can be supplied using a portable, diesel powered 25 ton unit.
• All power is supplied by an onboard 150 amp, 3-phase diesel generator. A 5 HP hydraulic pump is on-board for raising / lowering the trailer and ramp activation.
• The PUPP allows the Army logistical support reduction by integrating mobility, facility availability, autonomous power/support equipment, environmental control, and a fully trained crew.
